About 2 years, self-hosted in Docker. I come from full-stack development (Python/JS), which is why the API, JSON and webhook parts of n8n are the part I’m fastest at. I build workflows meant to be handed over: named nodes, defensive parsing, and a README with every workflow.

There are more than three files. show original

That is WhatsApp lead capture → AI FAQ → human handoff — the exact shape of your projects. 11 nodes, plus the two test scripts I used on it. n8n import:workflow --input=... into a stock instance.

Two others from my own work:

Telegram content pipeline — photos in, one LLM call writes the caption/hashtags/site copy, one-tap publish to a Supabase-backed site and an Instagram carousel. Handles model 429/503 with cooldowns instead of retries that stampede the API.
Trading automation — freqtrade in production (public fork: GitHub - mohsenjfar/freqtrade: Free, open source crypto trading bot · GitHub), with alerting and scheduled reporting over Telegram.

3. WhatsApp / API / AI-LLM experience
AI/LLM: extensive. Gemini and OpenAI behind HTTP Request nodes, JSON-mode prompting, and defensive parsing for when the model answers with prose instead of JSON — that case is one of the tests in the gist.
API/webhook: daily work. Inbound webhooks answered with a response node so the caller never times out; outbound APIs with auth, pagination and backoff.
WhatsApp Cloud API: not yet in production. The workflow above is my own build of your use case, and I’d rather you judge that than take my word for it. Technically it is a signed webhook plus a REST send endpoint; the parts that actually bite (24-hour message windows, template approval, per-conversation billing) I’ve written up in the README.

4. Pricing and weekly availability
$15/hour, or fixed price when scope is clear:

single-purpose workflow, like the demo: $200
full WhatsApp assistant with intent routing, CRM/Sheets and booking: $450–700
a small paid test project: welcome, at the same hourly rate

Availability: roughly 20 hours/week, flexible toward your working hours.

5. Timezone
UTC+3:30 (Iran). If you’re in India that is a 2-hour offset with a wide overlap, so calls work in either your morning or evening. It’s also async-friendly — every handover comes with documentation, so your side is never blocked waiting on my hours.

6. Interest in ongoing projects
Yes, and that’s the part I actually want. One-off projects are fine, but a standing implementation partnership beats re-briefing someone for each new client, for both of us.

One thing worth flagging upfront: I take payment in USDC. If that doesn’t fit your payout flow, better to know now than after a test project.

The underlying pattern is close to the projects you described: the intake channel may become WhatsApp, but downstream we still need reliable identity, qualification state, CRM writes, escalation, and follow-up.

Hands-on with APIs, JSON, webhooks, retries, idempotency, and CRM/database integrations.

For AI, I prefer structured outputs and explicit guardrails. The model should not silently create or merge CRM records. Low-confidence or sensitive actions go to a human.

One gap I want to be transparent about: I don’t have a production WhatsApp Cloud API deployment I can point you to yet. I’d prove that layer in the paid test on an account you control — webhook handling, 24-hour window logic, templates, and human handoff.

I prefer fixed pricing after a short written scope.

Yes. That model is more interesting to me than isolated builds. Across multiple client implementations we can reuse proven patterns for qualification, handoff, error handling, and CRM hygiene without blindly copying workflows between clients.
Proof
The repos above include implementation and architecture evidence. Every delivery includes trigger, credential ownership, important states, test cases, failure paths, and what another person needs in order to maintain the workflow.

Hi Jyotirmoy — I can start with a small fixed-price pilot rather than asking you to commit to the full build.

For example, I can build one working WhatsApp flow for a single use case:
inbound message → AI qualification → booking details → human handoff → Google Sheets/CRM logging.

Once that works properly, we can expand it into the full workflow.

I work with Make.com, OpenAI, APIs/webhooks and lead-processing systems, so the business logic is very close to the automation you described.
