Looking for n8n freelancer for Retell AI voice agent pipeline — on-call, hourly

Hey,

Building a land acquisition platform in the US. AI voice agent calls landowners at scale, qualifies sellers, delivers warm leads to developers.

Stack: Retell AI + n8n + BatchLeads + Apollo.io + Instantly.ai

Need help with:

  • Maintain and fix the n8n pipeline (BatchLeads → Retell → CRM → webhooks)

  • Add new workflow branches as we scale

  • Occasional API integrations

Format: on-call, hourly. Not a retainer. Fast response time matters most.

If it works out, open to discussing revenue share as the project grows.

Please share your experience with n8n + webhook/API integrations, hourly rate, and how to reach you (Telegram, email, or DM here).

Hi Dmitri, I’ve worked with n8n pipelines, webhooks, and API integrations — including voice agent setups. I can help you sort out the BatchLeads > Retell > CRM flow and build out new branches as you scale. On-call hourly works for me and I respond fast. DM me or reach me at iamkenjobs@gmail.com — portfolio here: iamkenjobs · GitHub . Let’s set up a quick call.

Hey,

This sounds like a solid build, and it’s the kind of workflow stack I’m comfortable working in.

I have hands-on experience with n8n automation, webhook-based systems, API integrations, CRM flows, lead routing, and multi-step workflow logic. I’ve worked on systems involving AI agents, outbound automation, qualification pipelines, third-party integrations, and error handling across tools, so maintaining and extending a flow like BatchLeads → Retell → CRM → webhooks is well within scope.

I can help with:

  • maintaining and debugging the existing n8n pipeline
  • adding new workflow branches as your acquisition process scales
  • webhook handling and API integrations
  • troubleshooting failures fast and keeping the system stable

I also understand the need for fast response time in an on-call setup, especially when lead flow is directly tied to operations.

My Telegram is Vicengine .
You can also DM me here to discuss scope, response expectations, and hourly rate.

Open to discussing longer-term upside as well if there’s a strong fit.

Hey Dmitri,

I can help with this. I’ve been building and maintaining production n8n pipelines for over a year on a self-hosted Hetzner VPS — HTTP/webhook integrations, CRM pipelines, AI agent workflows, and JavaScript code nodes are my daily stack. The BatchLeads → Retell → CRM → webhook flow is familiar territory.

I haven’t used Retell AI or BatchLeads specifically, but both expose standard APIs and I pick up new tools fast. One relevant thing: I’ve built text-based AI chatbot agents (WhatsApp + n8n + Claude/OpenAI) that handle end-to-end conversations — you can see a live demo at :link: demo.kairoxis.pl. Voice pipelines follow the same logic, so adapting to Retell’s voice layer is a natural extension of what I already do.

Available on short notice, fast response time. Happy to discuss rate in DM.

Hi Dmitri,

I’m co-founder of Staffloop, an automation agency specializing in n8n workflows and API integrations.

Your pipeline (BatchLeads → Retell → CRM → webhooks) is right in my wheelhouse. I’ve been building and maintaining production n8n workflows for B2B lead generation — including Apollo.io integrations, webhook-based routing, and CRM sync. I run n8n self-hosted on Docker/VPS with reverse proxy, so I’m very comfortable debugging and extending existing pipelines.

Specifically, I’ve built:

  • B2B prospecting pipelines with multi-source data capture, API integrations, and automated CRM routing

  • Webhook-driven workflows with error handling and retry logic

  • Apollo.io + Instantly.ai integrations for outreach automation

Available on-call with fast response time. Happy to share my rate and discuss scope via DM or Telegram.

Hey! Just saw your stack (Retell + BatchLeads + Apollo). This is exactly the kind of “high-velocity” lead gen engine I enjoy building.

I’ve been working with n8n for a few years, specializing in self-hosted, modular pipelines that don’t break when you scale. I’m comfortable with deep API integrations and handling complex webhook logic between cold calling dialers and CRMs.

How I can help:

  • Pipeline Stability: I’ll audit your current BatchLeads → Retell flow to make sure it’s bulletproof.

  • Scaling: Adding new branches and custom API steps is my daily bread.

  • Speed: I understand that in land acquisition, a broken webhook = lost money. I’m fast, responsive, and available for on-call hourly work.

I’m a big believer in the “build it right the first time” approach so you don’t end up with technical debt.

Hey Dmitri,

I run self-hosted n8n in production and work with webhook/API pipelines daily - maintaining, debugging, adding new branches is my bread and butter.

My stack: n8n (all node types - webhooks, HTTP Request, Code nodes, Switch/IF, error handling), REST APIs, AI integrations (OpenAI-compatible endpoints, prompt engineering), Telegram bots, Python/JS scripting. I’ve built 4 production workflows including a lead scoring pipeline and an AI support bot with priority routing.

Haven’t used Retell AI or BatchLeads specifically, but I’ve integrated plenty of APIs with similar patterns - webhooks in, data transform, CRM push, error handling. Happy to look at your current setup and see if it’s a fit before committing.

Hi Dmitri,

Voice AI pipelines are exactly what I specialize in — I’m the founder of Evara AI (incubated at IIT Bhubaneswar), and we build production voice agent systems as a core service.

Here’s what I can help with:

  • Retell AI + n8n pipeline maintenance: I’ve built and maintained voice agent workflows with webhook-driven pipelines, CRM routing, and real-time call data processing. Debugging and extending existing n8n workflows is bread and butter.
  • New workflow branches: As you scale from qualification calls to multi-step funnels, I can architect the branching logic — lead scoring, conditional routing, follow-up sequences.
  • API integrations: Experience with Apollo.io, CRM webhooks, and similar lead enrichment/outreach tools. Adding BatchLeads or Instantly.ai to the pipeline is straightforward.

I work on an hourly, on-call basis — async-first with fast response times. Happy to discuss the revenue share model as things scale too.

A bit about my relevant work: I’m currently building a multi-agent AI analytics platform (Python + Supabase + Claude API + 7 API integrations) for a UK client, and Voice AI agent development is one of Evara AI’s primary service lines.

We built FrontDeskPilot — a production Voice AI SaaS with both inbound and outbound calling pipelines, including Retell AI integration. Our Retell setup includes demo agents, mystery caller bots, and pitch agents — all orchestrated end-to-end via n8n workflows.

For production, we migrated to LiveKit SIP + ElevenLabs TTS with custom voice clones, so we understand the full voice AI stack beyond any single vendor. We kept Retell for specific use cases where it fits best.

Our n8n pipeline patterns cover exactly what voice agent projects need: webhook chains for real-time call events, CRM sync with lead enrichment, batch call processing with DNC checks, circuit breakers for API failures, and structured error handling with PostgreSQL logging + Telegram alerts.

We run 86+ n8n workflows in production across multiple SaaS products, including campaign management that processes 248 leads with research-then-pitch call sequences.

On-call/async hourly work is our preferred style — we operate as a distributed team across time zones.

Rate: $50/hr.

Happy to jump on a test task or share our voice agent architecture. DM us here or check our profile for contact details.

Hey — this is a strong match for me.

I just finished building a live voice AI pipeline: inbound calls via Vonage → n8n orchestration → ElevenLabs TTS + Claude response. Running in production on Railway 24/7. Retell AI uses the same webhook-driven architecture so the integration pattern is identical.

Stack alignment:

- n8n: webhook triggers, error handling, retry logic, conditional branching

- BatchLeads/Apollo-style enrichment: built lead qualification flows with API pulls + scoring

- CRM sync: webhook → CRM field mapping, deduplication logic

- API integrations: OAuth, rate limiting, pagination — all handled

Hourly rate: $50 USD. Available now. Fast response time is something I can actually deliver on — I’m Canada-based with a clear schedule.

This stack is one I work with regularly — BatchLeads, Retell AI, Apollo, Instantly, all wired through n8n.

For a land acquisition pipeline like yours, I know exactly where things break: webhook timeouts from Retell, BatchLeads pagination issues, Instantly rate limits under load, and CRM sync conflicts when multiple leads hit simultaneously. I can jump in, diagnose fast, and fix without a long onboarding.

On-call hourly works perfectly for me — fast response is how I operate. Revenue share down the line is an interesting alignment too.

My n8n + webhook/API experience: built and maintained live multi-step pipelines with Retell, Apollo, and Instantly under real volume. Happy to share specifics. What’s the best way to reach you?

Hey, thanks for posting. I’ve got solid experience with exactly what you’re building. I’ve shipped three production n8n systems, including a call transcription and analysis workflow that processes voice data at scale and routes qualified leads through multiple stages. That project required heavy webhook integration and real-time data flow between external APIs, so the pattern of BatchLeads → Retell → CRM that you’re describing is familiar territory for me.

I understand you need someone responsive on an hourly, on-call basis rather than a retainer. That works well for me, and I’ve got experience maintaining live pipelines where uptime matters. My approach is to keep things straightforward and maintainable so fixes are quick when issues pop up, and scaling new branches doesn’t create technical debt. I’m based in New Zealand, so timing across US business hours is manageable.

I’m interested in this. My standard hourly rate is $35 USD, and I typically respond within a couple of hours during my working day. For a quick conversation about the current state of your pipeline and what’s on your roadmap, I’m happy to jump on a 15-minute call. Best way to reach me is DM me here, and I can also do a brief Loom walkthrough of similar work if that’s helpful to see how I approach these integrations.

Hi Dmitri,

n8n + webhook/API experience: Production experience with complex n8n pipelines — multi-step flows, sub-workflows, error handling, retry logic, webhook triggers from multiple sources. Currently maintain a production system for a UK e-commerce client that orchestrates APIs across multiple data sources.

Voice AI pipelines: I’ve shipped a production voice agent (Twilio + Python + Claude, not Retell specifically, but the same architectural shape — webhook-based, function calling, CRM write-backs). Retell + n8n maintenance is a fast ramp given the pattern is the same. For “add new workflow branches as we scale” — that’s my comfort zone.

Fast response model: I’m UTC+5:30 — that gives you early-morning US coverage, so overnight issues can be caught before your team’s workday starts. Works well for on-call.

Hourly rate: $75/hr for on-call maintenance and fix work. Higher for new builds or architectural changes.

Contact: DM me here, or I’ll share email/Telegram over DM if that’s easier.

Happy to start with a small maintenance fix to show the response speed.

Thanks for the background, Priyanshu. Evara AI sounds like a serious setup.

Since you’ve built production-grade voice pipelines, I’m curious about one thing: how do you handle ‘silent failures’ in n8n?

I mean the cases where the execution log shows a green ‘Success’, but the data actually got dropped between nodes or an API returned an empty 200 OK without triggering an error node. With high-stakes voice agents, that seems like a nightmare. Do you have an automated way to catch those ‘invisible’ drops, or is it mostly manual monitoring?

Hi Dima,

Yes — this is the hardest class of bug in n8n production work. Green checkmark, no error fired, but data is wrong or gone. Manual monitoring
catches maybe 20% of these. Here’s how I engineer out the other 80%:

  1. Never trust HTTP 200. After every API call, a Function or IF node validates the response body shape, not just status code. Missing or empty
expected fields → manually throw to trigger the Error Workflow. Catches the “200 with empty body” case immediately.

  2. Schema validation at LLM/AI boundaries. LLMs return successful responses that are structurally wrong. JSON schema validation right after
every Claude/GPT call. Wrong shape → retry with stricter prompt, then fail loudly if retries exhaust. For voice transcripts, same pattern
catches malformed outputs before they propagate downstream.

  3. External checkpoints in Postgres/Supabase, not n8n logs. This is the big one. n8n’s execution log is not your source of truth. I write
structured events at every workflow stage — ingested, processed, enriched, written — with input/output counts, timestamps, and IDs. An
external watchdog (cron or scheduled n8n workflow) queries these events and alerts on anomalies. If the workflow doesn’t reach the next
checkpoint within N minutes, that’s a silent failure regardless of what n8n says.

  4. Row-level reconciliation. For batch workflows, compare input count to output count. 500 in, 498 out → alert. For voice agent pipelines
specifically: leads pulled = calls attempted = calls completed = CRM writes. Any drop in that chain is a silent failure.

  5. Dead-letter queue in your own DB. Failed items (or items that failed schema validation) go to a quarantine table for manual review, not
dropped. You see exactly what was lost and can replay. n8n’s error workflow is fine for triggering this, but the table itself needs to live in
your own database, not n8n’s storage.

  6. Idempotency keys on every write. Each write operation has an idempotency key derived from source record ID + workflow step. Safe to retry
without double-writes — makes auto-recovery possible. This is what lets you replay a failed batch without doubling up CRM records or firing
    the same API call twice.

For voice agents specifically: Don’t trust Retell’s “call completed” webhook alone. Verify the transcript exists with a minimum word count,
that sentiment/intent classification confidence is above threshold (low confidence → human review queue, not auto-disposition), and that the
CRM write actually succeeded — read it back after writing, don’t just fire and assume.

The principle is simple: assume every node can lie to you. Manual monitoring catches the obvious failures. The rest you engineer out
structurally.
