Hi Jonas,

Perhaps you could share more details of who you are, what your company does, what your customers look like, and why you’re looking for the top 1% talent to justify why n8n developers should share their most complex workflows. This kind of feels like fishing for workflows…IMHO.

Hi Russ,
I dont get your point. Why should we fishing random workflows for different niches? I can can get inspiration on any other plattform.
We try to hire talents worldwide to expand our team to grow our business. There are many freelancers on different plattforms on we dont need beginners. Thats why we need to check if you can handle complex workflows first and if you can deliver what we ask for.
