Looking for workaround to send messages (files) to Telegram bot. Bot is not mine so I have no control over it

I want to send message to a telegram bot and receive an answer. As far as I can see this question rises up every few moths but no solution was ever presented. I wonder if someone managed to deal with it with API tinkering or smth else.
