Lost Access to Workflows After Free Trial Ended - Need Help Recovering

Hello n8n Community,

I recently had an issue with my n8n cloud account that I’m hoping someone can help with. My free trial ended about 5 days ago and I had 4 or 5 workflows in my workspace that I was working on.

Today when I logged in to upgrade to a paid plan, I discovered that my entire workspace appears to be gone. I can’t access any of my previous workflows.

My understanding is that workflows should still be recoverable within 28 days after a trial ends, but I’m unable to locate mine. I’ve already reached out to support via email, but I wanted to check if anyone in the community has experienced something similar or has suggestions on how to recover my work.

I guess my biggest question is if the workspace will return if I purchase a subscription?

Ok, I bit the bullet and subscribed and my work has been restored!

You could have asked for a trial extension via email and downloaded your workflows via JSON format
