Lost all data

I upgraded my self hosted instance from 1.64.2 to 1.64.3 and in this process lost all data. I investigated a little bit and found that quite a good amount of users face similar issue, can someone enlighten me what i am doing wrong please?

Note: I am using coolify to self host n8n
