Hi Team,

We need to book the demo of Magento2 Whatsapp Integration but we are not able to book via the calendar. Also, let us know if this integration also covers the below requirements.

  1. Opt-in to receive notifications through WhatsApp
  2. Get order information/confirmation sent to my WhatsApp number associated with my account
  3. Get order updates/shipping details sent to my WhatsApp number associated with my account
  4. Get marketing/Catalog information sent to my WhatsApp number associated with my account and also customers able to pay directly from WhatsApp

Which calendar are you referring to? We don’t offer a Magento2 integration with WhatsApp but it could be possible to use n8n to build a workflow that does integrate with Magento and WhatsApp.

The bottom 3 look to be possible apart from maybe customers paying through WhatsApp but if the API supports it you would be able to use the HTTP Request node to manually build out the API calls required.
