It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • Operating system:

what am I doing wrong here.

An item in the about section could gather this ???

Hey @Steve_Warburton , when you create a post you are presented with a template to fill in. I believe the “important information” refers to the n8n environment at the very bottom of the template. You are expected to fill the data out inline. If missed/skipped the notification is sent out reminding to provide the missing bit.

Does the notification come even if you fill the template’s section related to n8n environment?

yes look at the posts above. Unless I am filling it out wrong.

I might be missing something but I looked at the post and you didn’t include it that I can see so the responder has picked that up and asked for it.

Sorry wrong post

and here

It looks like execution process was missing and how n8n was running wasn’t an expected value.

I will get the template updated to be clearer and the auto responder to maybe be a little less strict.
