MongoDB atlas auth impossible

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to connect my n8n cloud instance to my MongoDB Atlas Database but by copying exactly the code that mongoDB provides me it doesn’t work.

I tried to add /[DB Name] at the end of the connection string but nothing works.

Do you have a solution by any chance ? Good day to all

Welcome to the community :cake:

I think there was a similar issue raised before and I found that to get Atlas working I had to use…

mongodb+srv://user:[email protected]:27018/?authSource=admin&readPreference=secondary

Can you try the same thing and let me know if it works?

For all the people who are in the same case, remember to add your IP n8n in the whitelist on mongoDB :sweat_smile:
