I have developed an AI agent capable of handling customer service automatically. It can schedule and reschedule appointments, understand both voice and text messages, and communicate in Portuguese and French.
At the moment, this is still a test version and has not yet been deployed in production, but it is already 100% functional. In addition, it can send follow-ups automatically and store the lead’s contact information and name in Supabase.
