Hi,

This is a strong fit for me — n8n + LLM (Claude/GPT/Gemini), prompt engineering for reliable outputs, API integrations, and keeping workflows running so they don’t silently break.

Quick proof of how I work: I actually found this job through my own system. I don’t sit on job boards all day — I built a small pipeline that monitors automation job sources, scores each post with an LLM for relevance, filters out noise, and delivers only the real matches to me. So the way this posting reached me is itself a working example of what you’re hiring for: scraping → LLM scoring → filtering → delivery, running unattended in the background.

The architecture behind it is exactly the kind of thing your role needs: a collector and a scorer decoupled through a database queue, LLM-based classification, retry logic, process isolation (a failure in one part doesn’t break the rest), and a human-in-the-loop step — nothing auto-sends, I review before acting.

I also run LingoVox (lingovox.online, @lingovoxbot on Telegram) — a voice translation bot live in production with paying users. Python + Postgres + OpenAI API, deployed with auto-restart, handling real payments and daily usage. So I have a touchable product, not just demos.

A couple of questions to see if we fit:

  • What’s the expected monthly workload — is the $1,500 for full-time hours, or part-time / per-task?
  • Roughly what kinds of workflows are first in the pipeline?

Best,
Stepan

Interested in this role — I’ve built multiple AI automation systems using n8n with LLM integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), API workflows, and scalable agent-based automations.

I can design, optimize, and maintain reliable workflows for content generation, research automation, and AI-assisted business processes.

Hi Magic,

This fits the kind of work I can take on: n8n-style AI workflows, LLM prompts that return reliable JSON, API/webhook integrations, and Python/JS helpers when a visual node is not enough.

Instead of a long hiring loop, I would be happy to start with a paid USD 500 test workflow so you can evaluate delivery before the monthly Wise arrangement.

Relevant proof I can share as a packet:

  • Lead automation: intake/scrape → AI qualification → dedupe → outreach draft → run log and follow-up queue.
  • Booking/ops automation: inbound request → intent classification → calendar/CRM update → human approval gate → reminder.
  • RAG/support demo: document Q&A with retrieval, clear citations, and fallback behavior.

Most complex build pattern: an agent-style pipeline that separates collection, scoring, approval, sending, and bounce/reply monitoring so no workflow marks work done without verified data.

I can send the portfolio packet / importable workflow examples by email, and record the 5-7 min Loom if the official process requires it. Contact: ysru150623@gmail.com

Happy to do one scoped test: choose a content/research workflow, I map inputs/outputs, build the n8n flow plus JS/Python helpers, add retries/logging, and hand over notes.

Magic1, I’m Misha, an n8n and AI automation developer. I’d build and maintain your AI workflows by designing modular nodes that handle script generation, content creation, and research reliably, with retry logic and logging to keep them running. I’m strong on prompt engineering for LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude, and I’d wire up APIs for third-party tools like video or social media platforms directly in n8n. For complexity, I’ve built systems that combine vector databases and RAG to make AI outputs more accurate, and I can add Python steps where n8n alone needs extra flexibility. You’ll get stable automations that don’t need constant babysitting. I’m ready to send a Loom video covering my top three relevant builds right away. Hi — I came across this posting and wanted to apply.

n8n is my primary build tool. Over the past 7 months working part-time as an Agentic AI Engineer at a Dubai-based agency, I have built:

  • A multi-agent email orchestrator that classifies inbound Gmail and routes to specialized agents — customer support (RAG over Pinecone), lead segregation, and company-info extraction
  • A proactive onboarding automation delivering a day-by-day email sequence, tracking each user’s onboarding day and preventing duplicate sends
  • A website generation pipeline triggering a Claude Code agent via n8n

I also build in Python — a multimodal LangChain tool-calling agent ( GitHub - saivigneshpandian/ai-shopping-agent: Multimodal tool-calling shopping agent built with LangChain — searches a SQLite catalog, fetches ratings, places orders, and identifies products from images using Gemini vision. Streamlit frontend. · GitHub ) and a multi-source RAG support assistant ( GitHub - saivigneshpandian/rag-telecom-support: Multi-source RAG support assistant — retrieves across FAQ (CSV), resolved tickets (SQLite), and a PDF guide, each in its own Chroma collection, grounded with Gemini. Python + LangChain. · GitHub ), both public on GitHub.

Video walkthrough of both projects: https://youtu.be/fuReSOb96kA (agent demo starts at 0:33)

Remote from Chennai, India. Available immediately.

Hi @Magic1, I’m an n8n developer specializing in AI-powered automation workflows. My experience maps directly to your requirements: building production n8n workflows with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering for reliable structured outputs, API integrations, and workflow reliability (error handling, retries, rate limiting). I work with Python and JavaScript for custom nodes when native n8n nodes aren’t enough. Based in Paris, fully remote, available immediately. I can put together a Loom video covering my recent n8n projects and the most complex automation I’ve built. Reach me at julien_carr@delos-int.dls.so or on Discord and I’ll send the video within 24h.

Hi, the part of your list I can speak to with real production history is content and script generation, because I run that chain daily.

For a media outlet I built and maintain an editorial production pipeline on n8n: RSS and source monitoring, each item scored by an LLM against editorial criteria, scripts written automatically from the retained items, synthetic voice-over generated, and everything orchestrated from a single control base. Three workflows run every day without supervision.

Two things I learned running it that matter for a role like this. Scored selection has to be reproducible, so the model returns a structured score with its reasons and the threshold lives outside the prompt, where an editor can move it without touching the workflow. And generation has to be idempotent, because a retry that republishes a script is worse than a retry that fails.

I also run a WhatsApp AI sales agent in production for a real-estate agency, in four languages, with lead qualification, appointment booking and rescheduling, voice-note transcription and handover to a human when the conversation leaves its scope. And an operations system for a construction company on Airtable and n8n covering quotes, site interventions, invoicing and cash-flow tracking.

Daily stack: n8n, Make, Airtable, Claude and OpenAI APIs, REST APIs and webhooks, JavaScript code steps, WhatsApp Business API.

Remote from Casablanca, same working hours as Western Europe. English, French and Arabic. I also produce the ad videos themselves, which tends to help when the automation output is video or social content.

Hi @Magic1 — this is close to what I already run daily, so a few concrete details rather than a generic pitch.

I self-host n8n on my own Hetzner VPS (Docker, Linux): 110 workflows, 81 of them live 24/7, plus around 20 Telegram bots. It is my own production instance, not a client demo — which means I am the one who gets woken up when something breaks, and that has shaped how I build.

Against your requirements:

  • LLMs — Claude, OpenAI and Gemini in production, plus Groq and local Ollama models for cheap bulk work. I route by cost: the expensive model only sees what actually needs it.
  • Prompt engineering — my agents return strict JSON that is parsed and validated before anything is written downstream. I learned this the hard way: a model answering a batch of 20 items by index will silently mis-number them, so I now make it echo a field from the source data and I discard the answer if the echo does not match.
  • Content / script / research automation — I run a content pipeline (research → script → assets → publishing queue), a daily digest system, social-media collectors and a YouTube publishing queue.
  • API and third-party integrations — REST, webhooks, OAuth, Telegram, Google Workspace, Supabase, Airtable-style stores.
  • Python and JavaScript — both. Also Next.js and Flutter if a workflow ever needs a front end.
  • RAG / agents — multi-agent setups with a shared store and a common log, so agents actually see each other’s facts instead of answering from memory.

One thing I would bring on day one: monitoring that measures the output, not the exit code. Most of the rescue work on my own system has been workflows that ran green while writing nothing, or writing garbage — a provider daily cap, a paginated API quietly returning the first 250 of 1001 rows, an IF node checking the wrapper instead of the payload. A monthly retainer only works if failures are loud.

Payment via Wise works for me — I am based in Spain, work remotely, English is my working language.

Code and portfolio are on GitHub under Alexolimb (the forum will not let me post links yet, new account).

Happy to walk you through one of my live workflows so you can judge build quality before committing.
