We’ve just upgraded it so it can pull in context from the website it’s deployed on. For example, if a customer is viewing a specific product or service and the URL contains a SKU or ID, the AI agent can use this with tools to retrieve the relevant context. The result is a chatbot that knows exactly what the customer is looking at without them having to type a single word. This significantly improves the customer experience and unlocks some really powerful downstream automations.
I’ve just created a YouTube video walking through the setup. We’re also using Directus, which has an excellent MCP tool for building websites and apps – highly recommended.
