Our n8n cloud instance became unavailable at the following times:
2025-09-01T18:00:00+01:00 - 2025-09-01T18:09:00+01:00
2025-09-08T12:29:00+01:00 - 2025-09-08T12:30:00+01:00
2025-09-08T13:21:00+01:00 - 2025-09-08T13:37:00+01:00
We made a GET request to https://[project].n8n.cloud/healthz and received an HTTP 2.0 response with a 503 status code.
Is there any way we can understand why this happened, and is there anything we ought to do at our end to prevent it from happening again?

Your n8n cloud instance went down likely because it ran out of resources like memory or storage or had a problem during an update. Contact n8n support [email protected] and give them the exact times it failed. They can check the logs and tell you why.
