N8n.cloud unreachable – Cloudflare Error 522 on eyuep.app.n8n.cloud

Hi n8n team,

My n8n.cloud instance is unreachable. I consistently get Cloudflare “Connection timed out” / Error 522 (Host Error).

Subdomain: eyuep.app.n8n.cloud
Time (UTC): 2026-01-14 21:13 UTC
Cloudflare Ray ID: [PASTE_RAY_ID_HERE]

Affected URLs:

What happens:

  • Browser: Working
  • Cloudflare: Working
  • Host: Error (522)

What I tried:

  • Multiple browsers
  • VPN off
  • (Optional) Different network/hotspot

Please check origin/host status for this tenant and advise.

hey - this is actually a hosting infrastructure issue on n8n’s side, not something you can fix yourself. error 522 means cloudflare can reach the server but your specific n8n instance isnt responding.

you need to email [email protected] or ping them in the cloud-hosting channel on their discord with your subdomain and ray ID. they’ll need to check if your instance crashed or if theres a backend issue.
