My cloud workspace youss94.app.n8n.cloud has been unreachable since this morning.
All JS assets load except the Vue runtime bundle, which throws:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
Additionally, your auth system (api.auth.support.site) returns:
500 Internal Server Error – cloudflare
This prevents me from logging into the support portal and from accessing my instance.
Could you help me understand what is going on ?

Thanks for your answer, but the issue is not resolved.
My instance is reachable (HTTP 200), but the frontend bundle is corrupted.
Here is the proof directly from the Response tab in DevTools:
The file vue.runtime.esm-bundler-*.js stops abruptly at:
lastIndexOf(...args) {
return searchProxy(this, "lastIndexOf
The line is cut mid-string and the rest of the file is missing.
This is a truncated CDN response, not a browser issue.
Because the bundle is incomplete, the browser throws:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
The UI cannot load at all.
Please purge the CDN cache and redeploy the frontend assets for:
This is clearly a server-side / CDN issue.

I’m checked again but I’m not seeing an issue with your instance - can you try on a private tab or different browser and attach screen shots or a video showing the problem it is causing you?

when i try to access my instance the page is black and when i inspect it tell me that there is a problem with this portion of code
i think maybe the problem is with one of my workflow may be running and cause this bug could you verify and put it off ?or maybe its something else because my instance backend is running, but the frontend is broken due to corrupted cached asset.

yes disable all of them i think i have just only one on i just receive a mail from n8n telling me that the access to my instance have been granted to you anyway you have my permission

Yes the instance is accessible my side and the UI loads. There was one active workflow which is now disabled.

thank you but no still nothing but black screen on my side i have also tried with many devices and still nothing
i even called my friend to try to open it from another place and he didnt even get a chance to write the password the page is not loading
one edge the dashboard doesnt load and on chrome i can access to the panel admin but nothin more than that
