N8n costs at scale

Hey guys!

Hope you are well! I need advice and guidance from you guys :slight_smile:
Am considering n8n for workflow automation in the context of building a web app for a client.

This app could reach in the range of 1000-10000 users, and each user could execute 1/2 workflows per day (for instance a worflow that fetches certain emails and summarizes them). So it would mean if am correct 30k to 300k executions per month.

Am wondering how much i would cost for 300k execs a month for instance ?
And if n8n can handle this scale while staying reasonable in price :confused:

Hi @bmirlico

For this usecase you would probably need a enterprise or Embed license.
Do you want to host it on n8n cloud or have it selfhosted?
Probably best to have a chat with the n8n sales team.

OK, then I will contact the sales team directly to understand costs at scale!
For hosting, I am open to both options to be honest.

With selfhosted you will not have a limit for the executions.
Not sure what the limits would be if there are any for enterprise cloud.
