I completed the level 1 course on 04/02/23; the badge has not posted. is there something that I need to do to rectify?

When you say you completed it on 04/02/23 is that Feb 4th or April 2nd?

Ah nevermind I found you, It looks like you finished the course before signing up for your forum account which is why you don’t have the badge. I will get it issued now.

Hey@Jon, i finished the course level 1 but not receiving the badge in the mail. I used the verify link and i passed everything.
