Hey so I did a retake of my quiz and there’s no email or any response regarding that and my badge hasn’t been updated in the community profile. Any idea what to do to get that badge for level 1 quiz.
can a moderator please help me look into that if my score was below 80% or if there’s an other issue.

yeah i checked the spam and did send a mail to the email provided but thahts not much help, its just a bot on the other side.
@Hasnain_Javed Reply back to the bot saying that you need to talk to a human.
so i was looking into the community posts and reddit posts, i read somewhere that n8n does not send an other email if you took the quiz once and already have recieved a mail but it updates your badge in the backend, i dont know if thats true.
Not really, there’s been some users here facing this same issue recently and later got it resolved after reaching out to support.

“Thank you for reaching out regarding your Level 1 quiz badge. I was unable to retrieve your quiz result or the reason why your badge has not been awarded. To resolve this, I will escalate your ticket to a human support agent who can check your exam outcome and update your badge status. You will hear from our team as soon as possible. If you have any additional information, feel free to reply to this thread.”
The bot told me the same that they’ve raised the issue to a human but no response so far? Does anyone know how to contact moderators to rectify this.
It’s been about an hour since I received the message saying my ticket would be escalated to a human support agent, but I haven’t heard anything further yet.
