How do I know which database is being used by n8n. I was told by team that n8n was upgraded to postgres from sqlite.
I saved the workflow, sqlite was modified, does it mean I am still using sqlite?

If you have access to the server hosting n8n you can check the environment variables / config files and take a look. It all depends on how it was deployed though.
It might be a nice little addition to the about info.
If you run n8n yourself and you do not know what database you are using, then you are using to 99% SQLite.
To be 100% sure you can do what @Jon recommended.
