N8N Enterprise price

Could anyone provide an approximate price for the enterprise version of n8n based on the following usage scenario?
• <20 people company
• Self-hosted setup.
• Maximum of 5 active workflows at a time.
• Workflows would be created occasionally by a few people, equivalent to the workload of one full-time employee.
• Workflows would be used rarely, typically running on local machines of the developers but requiring access to company resources, SSO, etc.
• Minimal need for support, limited to enterprise-specific issues (e.g., undocumented features or persistent bugs we can’t resolve). Only one person, or at most two, would contact support, so it’s unlikely the same question would be asked twice.
• No need for fast support—we’re fine waiting a few days and using a chatbot first, if available.
• There’s a possibility the needs could increase over time, but there are no immediate plans for that.
• Worst case we would be prepared to not involve customer support at all, but lean on the forum here (and any chatbot if one is available). It’s also a great option if it could reduce the price significantly.

I’m asking here since I can’t use my company email to make this inquiry directly, as I’m not the decision-maker. I don’t want to involve my boss unless I’m confident the price is reasonable. Does anyone know the approximate cost for this setup?

It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • Operating system:

Welcome to the community @RobertD

It sounds like our Startup plan for $400 would be a good fit.

Thanks for the fast response. We operate for longer than 3 years, though. Less of a startup and more of a small company. 5-10 people. Do you have any other plans available? Ideally cheaper
