N8n Expert for Plentymarkets / Plentyone interface - Communication in German required

Hello,

I’m looking for support in setting up automation for my Plentymarkets system. The logic is already defined, but I need an expert for the technical implementation of the API queries. The project: I want to implement automated price adjustments. The process should look like this:

Filtering: Identifying the correct product variants.

Inventory check: Querying the current stock level.

Sales analysis: Comparing sales with the last x days.

Price update: Automated price reduction for items that aren’t selling.

Prices must not fall below a minimum.

What I expect:

• You are an expert in handling automations.

• You are proficient with the Plentymarkets REST API.

• You can build the scenario from scratch, ensuring it’s stable and error-free.

das ist ein klar strukturierter Use Case — Plentymarkets REST API + n8n hab ich schon mehrfach umgesetzt. Wichtig ist dabei, die Rate-Limits der Plenty-API von Anfang an einzuplanen, gerade bei Varianten-Abfragen über mehrere Seiten. Der Mindestpreis-Check lässt sich gut als Bedingungsknoten direkt vor dem Preis-Update einbauen, sodass nie versehentlich unter die Grenze gegangen wird.

Kleiner technischer Zusatz noch: Die Plentymarkets REST API gibt bei Varianten-Abfragen standardmäßig 50 Einträge pro Seite zurück. Bei einem größeren Produktkatalog musst du das in n8n mit Loop-Nodes abbilden — entweder über einen Split-in-Batches-Ansatz oder einen Loop-Over-Items-Node mit Page-Increment, der solange weiterläuft bis die API isLastPage: true zurückmeldet. Das ist einer der häufigsten Punkte wo solche Workflows in der Praxis ins Stocken geraten, wenn er nicht von Anfang an eingeplant wird.
