N8n hallucinations and incorrect output and error reading undefined content property

Describe the problem/error/question

i am making a customer facing chatbot t help in service inquiry and booking and postbooking support i have different flows and tools for each task and main agent identifies the intent and delegates task to that flow.i have a supabase vector db connected a still the ai agent does not retrieve the data from it mostly and answers on it own and is hallucinating too much

What is the error message (if any)?

also when i just tried getting data from sql using some workaround and servicesagent returns to the main ai agent it gives error reading undefined content property
