I am planning to host the n8n application and would prefer a managed hosting solution from your side instead of setting up and maintaining the infrastructure on our own.
Could you please let us know if you provide such a service? If yes, kindly share the detailed commercial proposal, including pricing, hosting specifications, and any support or maintenance inclusions.
As this is our first time implementing this solution, we are currently unable to precisely estimate the workload, such as the number of workflows or usage scale. The platform will primarily be developed and used internally by our team.
At this stage, we are looking for a suitable hosting solution for running the n8n application and would appreciate your guidance and recommendations.

Hey there, and welcome to the n8n community! ![]()
It’s great to hear you’re planning to use n8n for your internal team. To answer your biggest question right away: yes, we absolutely offer fully managed hosting! It’s called n8n Cloud, and it sounds like exactly what you’re looking for. We handle all the infrastructure, server maintenance, security, and version updates, so your team can just focus on building out your workflows.
Since this is your first time using n8n and you aren’t quite sure what your workload will look like yet, my best advice is: don’t worry too much about having it all mapped out right now. You can start small and just scale up as you get a better feel for your usage.
Here is a quick breakdown of how our managed cloud works to help you get started:
1. Which plan to choose?
I’d recommend looking at one of our two standard cloud plans:
- Starter (€20/mo, billed annually): This is perfect for your current development phase. It gives you unlimited workflows and users, plus 2,500 executions per month.
- Pro (€50/mo, billed annually): A great next step for when your team actually rolls this out internally and needs more capacity (10,000 executions per month) and more shared projects.
(A quick heads-up: If you look at our pricing page, you’ll also see a €667/mo “Business” tier. You can actually ignore that one! It’s a specialized software license built strictly for companies that want to self-host but need advanced features. For fully managed hosting without the hassle, Starter or Pro are the way to go).
2. How we count usage
One thing to keep in mind as you try to estimate your scale: unlike a lot of other automation tools, n8n charges per full workflow execution (from start to finish). It doesn’t matter if your workflow has 2 steps or 50 steps; running it successfully counts as just one execution.
3. Support and Enterprise options
On these plans, we take care of all the behind-the-scenes maintenance (backups, SSL, patching, etc.). For support, you always have this forum, and if you move to the Pro plan, you’ll also get priority email support from our team.
If it turns out your company has strict compliance rules and you eventually need things like single-tenant dedicated infrastructure, SSO, or custom SLAs, we do have an Enterprise Cloud option. If you think you need those enterprise features right out of the gate, just let me know and I can loop in our Sales team to get you a custom proposal.
Next Steps
Honestly, the easiest way to figure out your workload is to just jump in and test it out. I’d recommend starting a 14-day free trial on n8n Cloud. Your team can build a few internal workflows, keep an eye on the execution volume in your dashboard, and then you’ll know exactly which tier makes the most sense for you before paying a dime.
Let me know if you have any questions at all happy to help you get situated!
I Would Like Know exactlty Meaning is execution 10,000 Per Month. What is Mean I Need on this little more details with an example scenario
Hi @Siva_E Welcome!
Please read my article on this, it would bring you some clarity.
Hi @Siva_E , welcome to the n8n community!
10,000 executions per month means your workflows can run 10,000 times in total during one month; for example, if one workflow runs 10 times a day, that would be about 300 executions in a 30-day month.
