N8n is not responding

Describe the problem/error/question

after login n8n is loading for long time and gives this error
I’m not able to make my n8n flow active
I’m not able to see the folders inside the projects, but I can see the workflows in the overview

What is the error message (if any)?

## Error fetching workflows

Timeout waiting for lock SqliteWriteConnectionMutex to become available

Things I tried already

Restarted the workspace
Updated to latest version of n8n

Share the output returned by the last node

please try to enter in n8n in incognito mode and let’s see what happend.

Write me back if it will be solved or not of course

Any explanations what could cause problems like that?
Occurs in my setup since today which is very problematic
