I tried to create nice html with css using HTML node and send this as HTML to the Microsoft Teams node to send html. But in the Microsoft Teams message background-color is missing. Is this issue related to Microsoft Teams or n8n Teams node?

Teams has a very limited HTML functionality. Use native adaptive cards instead.
