Hi n8n Community,

I’m looking for an experienced n8n consultant to help complete my workflow setup. Here’s my situation:

Current Status:

  • Have most of my n8n workflow and nodes already set up
  • Need expert help to finalize and optimize for production
  • Business is ready to move to piloting phase

What I Need:

  • Complete workflow debugging and optimization
  • Implementation of best practices
  • Knowledge transfer/documentation
  • Estimated timeline: in a few weeks

Budget: $35-75/hour (flexible for the right expert)

Project Scope: Complete AI receptionist business workflow - automated call handling, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and customer inquiry management using voice AI integration with tools like Telnyx, Deepgram, Google Calendar, and CRM systems.

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 12pm EST until 10pm EST
