I have been reading up on n8n and I became curious, I will really love to learn and get proficient with the tool, it is quite interesting, couple with the fact that I am quite proficient with process analysis, engineering and modelling.
Is there anyone willing to take on a mentee or help me.

First of all, I strongly suggest to take the official courses that n8n offers (sign-up with the same email you did here on forum, and get badges as well, and can be further linked to LinkedIn).
Here are the Text courses (Level 1 and 2), where it covers the core nodes and grasp the essentials in 2-3h !
