i am new to both n8n and hostinger. recently moved from n8n cloud to hostinger self hosting. First couple of days i was able to access n8n via ‘manage app’ link as shown in the attached screenshot. You can also have a look at VPS and ubuntu thing to know exactly what kind of setup I have.
Now, when I launch n8n via manage app link, it gives the error:
This site can’t be reached
n8n.srv967895.hstgr.cloud took too long to respond.
I have tried clearing cache and have tried incognito window as well. As mentioned, till yesterday it was working and no change was made during this period from my end.
please help keeping in mind i am highly non technical.

Have you tried reaching out to hostinger support about this?
yes of course, they said its self managed hosting so they can’t support.
as mentioned, am not aware of all this.
with the help of AI, i was able to do restart like this:
container root-n8n-1 removed
container root-traefik-1 removed
network root_defaullt removed
container root-n8n-1 started
container root-traefik-1 started
network root_defaullt started
issue resolved. very strangely i was able to use the app till yesterday and today i was told by hostinger team that my ip was blocked. Once ip was unblocked, it was asking me to create a new account and wasn’t showing my existing accoutn, then AI Gemini helpmed i fixing this by reconnecting original data.
