Not able to log back in to n8bn

i am using my n8n locally in cli through cmd no docker nothing ill now just starting directly doing work saving workflow and shut down . I haven’t openned my acc for 2 3 days and it automatically logged me out now i am logging in back with mu email and pass but it show error

Problem logging in

Wrong username or password. Do you have caps lock on?
