Not Able to Verify

Hi,
I have completed the level2 course and completed the quiz as well. I have recieved a mail mentioning that not all steps are complete and asking to verify using the unique_id. However whrn I try to verify using the unique_id, I am not getting any response back on page.
Can someone please help here.

Hi All,
I have been checked and found that is is due to no notification fired for Discord node. But when I am trying to send the Discord node it is sending me an error message that says error in node Discord. I have used the same discord url that was sent as part of mail.
