I’m having an issue receiving the activation key for my self-hosted n8n instance.
I’m accessing the following URL in my instance:
https://n8n.patiperroai.com.br/settings/usage
When I click the button to request the activation key by email, I see the toast message:
“Your license key is being generated! Your license will be generated soon and sent to …
.”
However, no email arrives. I’ve already:
Checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions and Updates folders
Tried again in an incognito window and in another browser
In the browser console I also see this error when I request the key:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (api.n8n.io/api/templates/workflows/6315:1)
It looks like the request is accepted on the frontend, but either the email is not being sent or something is failing on the backend.
Could you please check this on your side and either:
Help me fix what’s missing in my configuration, or
Manually issue/send the activation key for this instance?
If you need any additional information (instance version, logs, etc.), I’ll gladly provide it.

This is an ongoing issue, and will be fixed Monday if not before.
