I’m trying to submit a node package to the n8n community nodes registry, but I’m not receiving the confirmation email with the verification token.
I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and the email hasn’t arrived there either. Could you please help me resolve this issue or manually resend the confirmation token?
@Smartling Does your email allow emails from companies like n8n or do you have any filters active that automatically throw out or remove certain emails? None of us can manually send it, we’re not n8n support, however, for instance owners on a paid plan, help@n8n.io is a gmail adress.
As said by @achamm you should definitely contact help@n8n.io and state your registry username, your registered email address, and the exact name of the npm package you are trying to register.
I have a few fixes that might work:
Ensure that the email address you are checking in your browser matches the primary developer contact email listed inside your node’s package.json file under the author or contributor arrays.
If you are using a corporate email address (@yourcompany.com), enterprise mail servers often block automated token emails entirely before they even reach your spam folder. If possible, try initiating the registry profile with a standard, unrestricted address (like Gmail) to see if it delivers.
Hope it helps you
welcome to the n8n community @Smartling
on the n8n discord you can get faster help with that, there’s a nodes channel and the people responsible can support you.
