Anyone that implemented the Ollama with the Turbo API`?

Chat works, but tool calls always result in an error stating:

Invalid tool usage: mismatch between tool calls and tool results

Which hade me make a MCP workflow, connected my tools and used another Chat interface to hook it all up, too bad because it makes debugging a bit slower instead of using the tools within n8nā€™s workflow editor.
