Describe the problem/error/question
I have 3 Telegram bot workflows. Two of the three workflows fire without issue, but this one specific workflow neglects to activate unless I wait for a trigger event in the Test workflow mode.
The weird thing is, as far as I can see, the bugging trigger has the same setup as the other bots. And I know it should work, as it fires instantly when running the test workflow mode.
The workflow is also active, like the other two.
What is the error message (if any)?
There is no error message.

- n8n version: 1.38.1 (running on Railway.app via Docker, latest version is not available yet)
- Database (default: SQLite): Postgres
- n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): queue
- Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Docker on Railway.app
- Operating system: Unknown
