Our official n8n node is not showing up in workflows and in search results. What to do?

We have an official n8n node at https://n8n.io/integrations/infranodus-graph-rag

However, this node is now showing up in search results: Discover 7889 Automation Workflows from the n8n's Community

Is there something we have to do to make sure it shows up?

For instance, there are two workflows that use this node but even the workflows show a question mark instead of the node:

This is quite frustrating, because you spend a lot of time building something and then it doesn’t show up correctly in n8n repository and it looks like it’s broken even though it’s all approved and uploaded…

Does anyone from the n8n staff can help us maybe? Or perhaps somebody else encountered similar problems?

This issue typically occurs when the node isn’t properly indexed in n8n’s search system or there might be a caching issue. You’ll need to reach out to the n8n team directly at [email protected] to have them investigate why the InfraNodus Graph RAG node isn’t appearing in search results or workflows. Make sure to include the node’s integration page link and examples of affected workflows in your message.

I contact the support like 2 months ago, they said they fixed it and they didn’t.

I’m super disappointed about all this!

Makes me not motivated at all to develop or n8n. What a waste of time and resources. You put your time into it, energy, resources, only to get ignored by support and gaslighted that everything shows up when it doesn’t.

I apologize @InfraNodus . While N8N is a good platform, it has many inconsistencies, as with everything, nothings perfect.

If your into automation, you could try claude code or antigravity, antigravity is decent, and claude code is an amazing tool.
