Outlook connection issue on self-hosted insance

Describe the problem/error/question

I am trying to create the connection to my Azure App in order to use Outlook.

All the steps where followed as per documentation: Microsoft credentials | n8n Docs

What is the error message (if any)?

OAuth Authorization Error

There was a problem generating the authorization URL
Request failed with status code 403

Please help me identify what might be missing from my configuration.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 0.208.1
  • Database (default: SQLite): Supabase
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Self-hosted, Docker
  • Operating system:

You have a very old version of n8n. So the OAuth flow might not work properly there.

What n8n version would you recommend so we get the Outlook connection working with no issue?
