I built an onboarding agent that helps the new joiners understand our structures and processes. Basically, a place to ask all the questions you have but don’t want to raise publicly.
- I created a Slack app and added credentials aso. and it works almost perfectly fine.
- So you raise your question (in Slack, asking in the app-message thread), and the bot searches our documentation and Slack channels for answers and sends an answer.
The one big issue I have is that the agent does send Slack channels (only open channels, the agent has access to), but they are displayed as “closed-channels” from time to time even though access rights are correct and the actual output in the message node is also fine. (see images)
Do you have any ideas how to fix this?
