Paid for Business Licence - not working after 1 month - support is horrible

About 1 month ago we paid for a Business License and we still do not have it configured properly. We have submitted a ticket and the process has been slow and horrible. Please have someone reach out to me directly at [email protected] ASAP. This is adversely effecting a production deployment.

I think licensing and account setup issues cant be resolved through the community forum. You’ll need to contact the n8n support team directly at support.n8n.io or by replying to your open ticket. If your deployment is blocked, mention that its production critical in the subject line so it gets prioritized.

Maybe thats i can suggest to you, hopefully there will be good news from the n8n support team. :blush::raising_hands:
