I’m looking for an experienced n8n expert who can help me finalize and optimize a workflow. This is a paid request, as I’d like to work with someone who already has experience in similar use cases.
I’ve already set up some parts of the flow, but I’m running into technical challenges that are taking me too much time to solve on my own.
Here’s what I want the workflow to do:
Workflow Overview
Trigger: Start with a schedule trigger (run at exact time & days of the week).
Lead Collection: Use the PhantomBuster node to export Sales Navigator search results.
Qualification: Pass results to a GPT node (Message a Model / LLM Chain) → classify into:
Qualified Leads
Not Qualified Leads (these should be appended into a Google Sheet).
Pass posts to GPT / LLM node to generate a personalized subject line + email draft.
Problem I’m facing: Currently, only one contact is added to the HubSpot list instead of all. I need help ensuring that all Qualified Leads are processed correctly (create or update contacts + add to list).
Scenario 2: Qualified Leads → External Enrichment First
After qualification, send LinkedIn links to lead enrichment tools (Apollo, ContactOut, etc.) via API.
Get enriched data (especially email addresses).
Then push to HubSpot (same as Scenario 1 above).
Problem I’m facing: I cannot get the API integrations for Apollo/ContactOut to work correctly in n8n.

Scenario 2 is the better approach. Enriching the leads first (with Apollo/ContactOut) and then sending the full, enriched data to HubSpot is the most efficient and robust method.
