Pinecone shows "internal error"

I used zep as a vector store before but since it is not working and shows “internal error” i thought of using pinecone but I dont know why my pinecone too shows “internal error” even though the documents are uploaded to Gemini palm embedding model. Here is the workflow:

@Jon thanks for trying to help me out. I was able to get over the error as i was using the wrong embedding dimensions. Have a blessed day !!
