Please Help! I am not receiving the email after the exam

Hi,

I have tried to take the Level-1 Course and exam
After 3 times finally I got passed with the score of 85% and workflow of 100%

my UID is : a6078ac5bdbec189bbb6edc92158f3b9

But I got the result from the website which marked me as not completed and still didn’t receive the email.

May you please check.
