I am trying to connect several services to test automation.
I have attempted to connect Llama Cloud, Google Sheets, Airtable, and AWS Textract.
When I add my API Key, it is accepted without any errors. However, when I run the workflow to test it, I get the following error message:
“Problem running workflow
You don’t have access to the credentials in the ‘Airtable’ node. Ask the owner to share them with you.”
At first, I thought I might be filling something out incorrectly, but after trying multiple services and encountering the same error—despite correctly registering the API Key and authorizing the necessary access within each platform—I’m starting to believe something else might be blocking my access.
I initially suspected my firewall, but even after disabling it on my computer, the error persists.
What is the error message (if any)?
“Problem running workflow
You don’t have access to the credentials in the node. Ask the owner to share them with you.”
What have you tried so far?
- Verified that the API Key is correctly registered and has the necessary permissions.
- Tried connecting multiple services (Llama Cloud, Google Sheets, Airtable, AWS Textract), but all return the same type of error.
- Disabled my firewall to check if it was blocking the connection.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
If so, what solution worked for you?
