Problems in Whatsapp Business Cloud module in the Receive message trigger

Could you help me or if you can share how to connect from the Meta Business to be able to make the connection. I have tried several ways, generate the API in Meta, connect it to a number to receive messages and when I send messages nothing arrives to N8N to the On message trigger.

There could be a factor of things to check to debug this. Have you checked that your workflow is active and you’re using the prod webhook url? If you’re self-hosting, have you set up your URL with WEBHOOK_URL ?

Can you please share your workflow to see your config? Are you getting any errors?
