QUICKBOOKS - There is no way to pay a particular Invoice, it is unapplied

The payment is pretty useless you can apply it to a specific invoice.
It should have a way to add the Invoice number you are trying to pay.

IT always says this… need to run it via an AI node.

Yeah the auto response looks for a certain pattern as we provide a template to be completed and sometimes people just delete it and do their own thing which can lead to things missing. I still need to update it I will get that done soon.

This sounds like a pretty reasonable feature request for the Quickbooks node, I have moved this to the feature request category for future consideration.

I took my template from N8N itself… can it be stored in something like a end note . So we don’t have to remember to put it all the time.

Hey @Tony_Anytime,

The template we prefer on the forum is the one that pops up when you make a new post.

Once I update the auto responder though it won’t be an issue.
