Regarding Level 1 and 2 exams results and badges

Hello team

I have attempted L1 and L2 exams and pass them successfully

But I have not received any badges and for L2 exams it fails to fails to show correct results on verification link

i think it is a temporary bug because in the last two days several questions raseid for same reason:

Please, try to contact support team also via email ([email protected]) and via Discord Channel (n8n)

Level 1 is now granted I will check level 2 to see why it says you have not completed the exam.

I have checked our systems and I cannot find your signup for the level 2 course. Please ensure that you sign up and go through the course before doing the quiz.

Thanks for looking. I started the level 2 course yesterday evening. Since I posted my message I received confirmation of my score for the level 1 test and have obtained the badge. Thanks!
