Request for manual community license key (self-hosted 403 error)

Hi n8n team,
I am running n8n self-hosted on my own machine. When I try to register for the free community license, it always fails with “License request failed: 403”.
I already tried with multiple new emails, and I confirmed it is not an account issue. It looks like my self-hosted instance cannot reach api.n8n.io correctly.
Can you please provide me with a manual community license key so I can activate it in my self-hosted n8n?
Thanks a lot!
