Request to reset or re-issue license key (Docker deployment / Community Edition)

Hello n8n Team,

I’m currently running the n8n Community Edition on Docker, but I’m unable to activate my license key.

Error message displayed:

  • “Activation failed — Activation key has already been used on this instance”

At the moment, I don’t have any valid license key available. It’s possible that the key was previously used on another deployment, but I’ve now redeployed n8n on a fresh Docker environment and would like to enable the features again.

Environment details:

  • Deployment: Docker (Community Edition)

  • License key (from email): 74c89b5d-8ee9-4454-8320-101bbc232355

  • Current status: Under Settings → Usage → Plan, it still shows Community Edition (Registered) but without the unlocked features.

Could you please reset this license key or issue me a new one so I can activate n8n properly on my current Docker deployment?

If you see “Registered” then I think everything should be fine.

To confirm it’s registered, try using any of the unlocked features:

Hi I just joined the Forum because I am experiencing the same problem…Registered but Activation Key being rejected or claimed “already used” - I had to start over and reinstall n8n using Docker, still unscrambling this. Meanwhile, I see I am “Registered” but none of the extra Features have appeared or are avaialable. Is there any Help? Thanks!
