Try to trigger a new key request directly from your n8n instance:
From your n8n UI, navigate to Settings Usage and plan.
Search for and click the button that says Unlock or Unlock selected paid features for free.
Re-enter your email address and click submit.
Be sure to check all of your email folders; Inbox, Spam, Promotions, and Updates. Gmail users in particular have noted that the key may be located in the Promotions folder.

What I know is that this is usually handled through the billing/customer portal or n8n support rather than inside the app itself. If you can’t find the original email, check spam/junk first, then contact the official support channel for a resend or license recovery. If you share which plan/edition you purchased and where you bought it, someone can point you to the right channel.
