๐Ÿค– Results of my n8n LinkedIn Automation Lead Funnel

In order to promote Browserflow we used our own tool to outreach to relevant people on LinkedIn.

Weโ€™ve been running the automated outreach flow for two weeks now, and it honestly outperformed our expectations.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: How I Set It Up
Since Browserflow is a node for n8n, people using n8n are our target audience. I used the Scrape profiles from a LinkedIn post action to gather people who interacted with LinkedIn posts from n8n. I collected these leads in a spreadsheet, filtered out duplicates, and over a two-week period, I sent connection invites to 10 of these people each day using the Send a LinkedIn Connection Invite action (just a normal invitation without a message, as I donโ€™t currently have LinkedIn Premium).

After they accepted my invite, I used the Send a LinkedIn Message action to send them a personalized DM explaining that we had just launched and asking if Browserflow might be relevant for them. I received so many enthusiastic reactions and valuable feedback. From there, I personally took over the conversations to make the most of them.

:envelope_with_arrow: 120 invites โ†’ 97 connections (80%+ acceptance rate!).
:speech_balloon: 36 DMs โ†’ 24 responses (66% response rate!).
:chequered_flag: Outcomes: 10 trial users (still in their 7-day trial) and 3 paying users
