Retrieve Slack message from an app

Hi,
I’d like to know if there is a way to retrieve a Slack message sent to a user from an app. We are using 6sense and would like to get messages they send from a connected app, but they only send it to DM. I hope there is a workaround to this

Can you share a bit more details on this? Do you have an example diagram/flow on how 6sense sends a message?

Perhaps an alternative to our native slack node might be a webhook that 6sense can contact while sending the user a message (not sure about this one, I’d need more details from your end)
